Research shows that one act of kindness can influence not only the direct recipient, but their network, their network’s network and so on. Helping just 10 people can quickly influence hundreds, even thousands, as positive behaviours, knowledge and support are passed on.
We’ve seen this first-hand: one practitioner used their prize to provide immune support to a young mother and her children. Within weeks, she was sharing what she’d learned at her mothers’ group, inspiring other families to take steps to improve their own health.
