Account Eligibility

We take practitioner support and responsible access seriously. To ensure our products are used as intended by qualified professionals within their scope of practice, we have strict eligibility criteria in place.

Practitioner Eligibility

Applicants must satisfy all the following:

  • Educational Standard: You have completed at least an Advanced Diploma, Bachelors or higher in a relevant health field (e.g. naturopathy, clinical nutrition, Western herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, etc.).
  • Clinical Training:Your course included a clinical practicum or supervised clinical placement as part of your qualification.
  • Legal Scope of Practice: You are appropriately trained in natural medicine and ingestible supplements and authorised to prescribe or recommend these products within your recognised scope of practice.
  • Professional Membership: You hold a current membership with one or more recognised professional associations or regulatory bodies as listed below.

Notes:

  1. Credentials from practitioners with international qualifications may be assessed individually.
  2. While many modalities (including nurses) are recognised as health professionals under Section42AA of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990, additional training in ingestible medicines (such as naturopathy or nutrition) is generally required to meet accreditation standards with relevant professional bodies for the prescribing of practitioner-only supplements.

Student Eligibility

  • Students currently enrolled in a clinical program that meets the above educational and practicum standards may apply for a student account.
  • Student access is limited to educational resources and product information.
  • Third-year students may access product ordering. Access will be granted upon receipt of an official letter, on institution letterhead, from their placement supervisor confirming they are in their final year of study.
  • Students will gain full access to practitioner tools and ordering systems upon completion of their clinical program, with verified proof of qualification (e.g. graduation certificate) and current membership with a recognised professional association as listed below.

Supply Conditions and Ongoing Verification

Eligibility criteria may change in line with regulatory updates, professional standards or internal policy revisions.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke accounts if:

  • Eligibility cannot be verified,
  • Scope of practice is exceeded,
  • Product misuse or inappropriate claims are observed,
  • Or if other legal or commercial concerns arise.

Thank you for supporting integrity in practitioner-only prescribing. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact our customer service team for a confidential review.
