All our parcels are shipped using Standard Shipping at a flat fee of $10.00.

$15 Express Shipping.
Delivery time: 1 – 2 business days after dispatch.
At time of dispatch, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email including your tracking information. You can always track your order at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us here orders@givebackhealth.com and we’ll do our best to change the destination before the package ships.
Carriers try their best to ensure tracking information is as accurate as possible. At times, if shipping is delayed or carriers are overwhelmed, it is not uncommon for a carrier to mark an order delivered and not have it arrive until a day or two after.
We also recommend checking to see if a neighbour has the parcel as this can occur.
If you have not received your order 48 hours from when it was marked delivered, please reach out to us here orders@givebackhealth.com for follow up and investigation.
