FAQs
Company
Give Back Health is a purpose-led company and social enterprise, not a charity. We do not, therefore, accept public donations.
If you would like to make a donation, we encourage you to donate directly to our impact partners who are doing fantastic work and are all registered charities and non-profits:
- Happy Boxes https://happyboxesproject.com
- Brisbane Youth (BrisYouth) https://brisyouth.org
- Good360 https://good360.org.au
Social enterprises are commercially viable businesses that exist to benefit the public and the community. They are different to charities and non-profits in that they may still have shareholder obligations. A social enterprise seeks to use their profits and influence for greater good in the world.
Our mission is to give back health to the vulnerable, at-risk members of our society through nutritional intervention.
We have committed to giving away 10 million doses of premium, therapeutic nutritional formulations to impact partners in the next five years.
From 2021-2024 we have aligned with Australian charities and non-profits that focus on supporting youth and women who are living below the poverty line and face an increased risk of housing insecurity or homelessness.
We imagine a world where everyone can enjoy better health. When people are healthy, everything else becomes better too.
When it’s only some people who can afford or source or access better quality health products, there’s inequality. That’s a problem.
We believe there's another way.
Happy Boxes
Happy Boxes ‘empower women through alleviating the barriers of accessing basic needs’. Founded by Emma Sullings, Happy Boxes work with over 25 communities across four states to support women in ‘the most remote corners of Australia’. Find out more at https://happyboxesproject.com.
Good360
Good360 helps ‘repurpose items of value by directing them to the Australians who need them most.’ They’re based out of Sydney and send goods out to their network of non-profits. We’ll keep you updated as to which non-profits receive Give Back Health products. Find out more about by visiting https://good360.org.au.

Contacts
As such, we don’t have a tech team. This is intentional as we work on minimal overheads to allow us to donate dose for dose to charities who support the vulnerable in our communities and also to maintain quality formulations and ingredients at great value pricing.
If you’re a patient, please contact your healthcare practitioner directly as they are best placed to support you.
If you’re a healthcare practitioner, we do offer product support via:
- Technical factsheets. Practitioners can access these via our distributors or on request. These factsheets contain common dosage ranges as well as other ingredient information;
- Our distributor partners, Oborne and Vital.ly, who have been trained in our products and do offer some Technical Support to healthcare practitioners;
- A growing collection of FAQs on our website;
- Our Scientific Advisory Committee, headed by Dane Renshaw from Atomic Regs and including two PhD practitioners/educators. They are our guiding light for formulations, claims, regulations, education and tech queries that can’t be answered elsewhere.
You can contact us by filling out a form on our Contact Us page or by emailing hello@givebackhealth.com. We only have a small team and will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding. We encourage you to read through these FAQs before contacting us.

Formulations, Manufacturing & Testing
Give Back Health only creates products that are backed by science and research. We work with the very best therapeutic supplement product development agency to ensure our products not only do what we say they do, but that they're also safe.
Yes. Give Back Health products are of exceptional quality. Give Back Health products are developed based on the very latest in scientific evidence and recommended dosages included in credible scientific publications. Our area of expertise is clean, therapeutic supplements and nutritional products that are clinically dosed and scientifically robust.
We only use excipients where necessary. We never use nasty excipients (i.e. titanium dioxide, povidone, crospovidone (superbinders and superdisintegrants)) or non-sustainably sourced ingredients (i.e. magnesium stearate from palm trees).
Many of the products in the Give Back Health range do contain all natural active ingredients, however they do contain processing aids, which could be considered pharmaceutical ingredients.
As our supplements and vitamins are at therapeutic dosages, it is not possible to reach their level of effectiveness by using natural ingredients alone.
